When using coupon codes, please be advised that we only accept one code that was provided. We sometimes run promotions where we sponsor a free gift or a free lamp if a certain order minimum value is met. We only provide one free lamp or give per customer.

Due to human error, our site may list an occasional incorrect price. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen ,NDgogogo.com cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer before the order is placed. At that time the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing or to cancel their order completely. SECTION 25 – CANCELLED ORDERS
You may cancel an order that has not been shipped within 2 days after the order is confirmed unless it is a special order or customized product. We reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee of a minimum of up to 25% for any orders canceled after 2 days. All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by our customer service. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, and the client is responsible for any outbound and return shipping charges.
SECTION 26 – European – U.S. Models
We are committed to providing a first-class customer experience with our products. Under some circumstances, we might ship a product that states the voltage of 220V instead of the voltage of 110V. Despite the fact you had ordered the 110V model, sometimes there is no such version available. The reason for that is the fact that certain light fixtures are manufactured for the worldwide market. You can absolutely run your fixture that states 220V on 110V U.S. voltage. It does cover the full voltage range and is safe to use.
